SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
 

The registration to one of our stays implies the acceptance of the sale conditions below :
1) The indicated prices are all taxes included. They are valid on the base of the number of participants indicated. They are permanent and definitive for the current year, except opposite conditions.
2) The seller reserves the power to modify at any moment the content of its services in the following cases :
- Weather conditions
- Tides
- According to the seasons
- Unforeseen holidays or impossibility of providing a service,
- or any other big issues.
The seller undertakes to provide a service of replacement. In the case that the new one would be of lesser importance of price, a discount would be commonly agreed;
 3) Registrations are definitive after a down payment of 30%, the balance will be paid 30 days before the date of the service ; except different prescripts contained in the proposition. Every reservation done within the last 30 days, payment of the totality of the stay in Credit Card.
4) Cancellation conditions are ruled by the insurance regulations in which the subscriber admits having received an exemplary, if subscription to a contract.
5) The cancellation by the seller will be followed by an integral repayment without the buyer able to ask for any indemnity.
6) The cancellation by the buyer implies straight away the repayment of the paid down payment except in case of subscribed insurance.
Cancellation expenses : in case of cancellation by the client, the repayment of the paid sums will take place after deduction of the sums (cancellation sums) indicated below for retraction in function of the cancellation date in comparison with the date of stay.
- Over than 30 days : 30 € of record fees.
- Between 30 et 21 days before the leaving : 30% of the sum of the stay (that is to say the sum of the down payment)
- Between 20 and 8 days before the leaving : 50 % of the sum of the stay 
- Between 7 and 2 days before the leaving : 75 % of the sum of the stay
- The day before the leaving : 90 % of the sum of the stay
- The day of the leaving : 100 % of the sum of the stay
7) The participants must have at their disposal ways of dressing adapted to the proposed themes.For that purpose, the seller will provide useful information at your disposal.
8) During the stay, personal things will stay under the responsibility of the participants. As well, the damages or objects damaged by the clients will be charged by the affected service providers.
9) The seller states :
- Being the holder of the relative conditions appearing on the common documents.
- Having subscribed a third-part cover insurance to GRAS SAVOYE whose clauses are at the disposal of the buyers.
10) The final estimate established in two exemplaries is signed by the two parts constituting the contractual document.
11)The buyer will have to indicate to the buyer the list of participants to the signature and its updating, as it progresses.
12) in case of litigation, the Saint Malo ’s court dealing with trade disputes is the only one competent.
